Blueberry Muffin (Paleo Friendly)
Ingredients
2 cup Almond Flour1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 Large Eggs
1/4 cup Ghee Melted
1/3 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 cup Blueberries + Extra for Top

Instructions
- Pre-heat the kitchen appliance to 350 and line a quick bread tin with quick bread liners.
- during a giant bowl, whisk along the almond flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
- during a medium bowl, whisk along the eggs, vegetable oil, sirup and flavoring.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix.
- Fold within the blueberries.
- Divide the batter equally between the twelve liners. Sprinkle extra blueberries over the highest.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes till the ace square measure a golden brown.
