Ingredients
1 10 ounce bag fresh baby spinach chopped1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
1/4 cup red onion diced
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic minced
3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
5 large eggs
1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons salt
3 cups cooked rice

Instructions
