Butterscotch Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS:

    1 unbaked pie crust
    3 eggs
    1 cup corn syrup
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butterscotch chips, gently melted over low heat
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
    1/2 cup butterscotch chips (NOT melted)

Butterscotch Pecan Pie

INSTRUCTIONS:


  • heat kitchen appliance to 350ºF. Prepare pie shell in a very 9-inch pie dish.
  • Whisk along the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, liquid candy chips, liquid butter, and vanilla.
  • combine within the pecans and frozen candy chips. Pour the mixture into the ready pie shell.
  • Bake for hour. Cool on wire rack before serving.
