Spinach Dip Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups fresh spinach chopped
    2 tbsp garlic minced
    1/2 cup sour cream
    3 oz cream cheese room temperature
    1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    16 whole mushrooms stems removed

Spinach Dip Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a very frying pan over medium heat. Add spinach and saute till limp. Stir in minced garlic and saute solely till garlic is perfumed, but a moment. take away from heat and funky slightly.
