Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients


    2 3/4 cups 2% milk (or whole milk)
    1 large egg
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    3 Tablespoons minute/instant tapioca
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tapioca Pudding

Instructions

Add the milk and egg to a medium pan and whisk well to mix.
Stir in sugar and food product and let sit for five minutes.
flip heat to medium and convey mixture to a effervescent, full boil (stirring perpetually, being careful to not let it burn!).
take away from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Place a bit of wrapping directly on the surface of the pudding and funky for 15-20 minutes. Serve heat or cold.
