3 1/2 cups carrots steamed
2 Tbsp. light butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
parsley to top about 1 Tbsp. chopped
Easy Glazed Carrots
Instructions
Melt butter in a medium sized bowl. Add in brown sugar, salt and mustard. Mix together and then toss with cooked carrots. Top with parsley and serve. Enjoy
